The catch? Her birthday is in a week. She must turn to her Aunt Theodosia\, a famed swordswoman\, if she is to keep her house and lands. She also enlists the aid of her two favorite servants\, though they may prove more hindrance than help. With the house filling up with Prussian swordmasters\, a clueless lawyer\, and a poetically minded suitor\, events unfold in true farcical fashion. DESCRIPTION:On Friday\, June 8th\, 2018\, Babes With Blades Theatre Company ensemble and board members will be volunteering their time to serve drinks at the following beverage stations on Clark Street:  \n\nBalmoral (Non-Stage Side) 5-7pm only\nBalmoral (Stage Side) 5-10PM\n\nCome on out and support local theatre and the community of Andersonville! \nGeneral festival details below. \nJune 8 from 5-10PM | June 9 & 10 from 11AM-10PM \nMidsommarfest is the annual street festival along Clark Street between Foster and Catalpa for two days and three nights of music\, dancing\, kids’ entertainment\, and delicious food. Vendors from around the region sell their wares to passersby\, local shops and restaurants welcome the warm season with specials and sales\, and dance troupes\, DJs\, and longtime favorite bands keep the party going. \nThe festival suggests a $10 donation at the gates (kids under 12 and seniors are free) that support all of the innovative programming\, events\, and services that keep our community vibrant. \nClick here for more festival details.
