Kathrynne Wolf (formerly Kathrynne Ann Rosen, now co-Marketing Coordinator) Kat realized at a very early age that she would need the right kind of training
to grow up to be either Wonder Woman or Kitty Pryde. Prior to joining Babes With Blades she studied
with SAFD Fight Master David Woolley and Instructor Stephen
Grey. Since joining she has continued her studies with instructors
from around the globe. She has appeared in and around Chicago
as Mama Virginia in HILLBILLY ANTIGONE with Lookingglass, Annie
Bailey in BLOODY BESS (After Dark Award - Outstanding Ensemble) at Red Hen,
Zillah in A BRIGHT ROOM CALLED DAY at Mary Arrchie (Jeff Nomination
- Best Actress in a Supporting Role), The Baker's Wife in INTO
THE WOODS with BTE, Suzy in WAIT UNTIL DARK at Pheasant Run,
roles in XENA, LIVE! EPISODES 1 and 2, Ariel in THE TEMPEST
at First Folio, and in multiple runs (and touring!) with BWB,
among others. She has also recorded voiceovers for TV & radio
commercials and video games, and can be seen in indie feature film, "Sword
of Hearts" (available HERE)
and the indie short film "The Lovecraft Syndrome",
both with Sword & Cloak Productions, and indie short "My Life" with Warsaw Warrior Productions.
She lived in New Zealand with her husband Tony and his son,
