20/20 CAMPAIGN
What’s the 20-for-20 Campaign?
It’s an ambitious, multi-year fundraising campaign in support of BWBTC’s 20th Anniversary Season, in 2017-18. With your help, through 2018, we’ll raise $20,000 to further Theatre That Leaves a Mark.
Phase 1 – Laying the Foundation
August-December 2016 – Complete!
Booking performance space & prepping marketing materials for the 2017-2018 season.
Phase 2 – Ready for Launch
January-June 2017 – Complete!
We launched a PR Campaign, led by SHOUT Marketing and Media Relations, designed our new web site, and announced our 20th Anniversary season!
Phase 3 – Leveling Up
July-December 2017
We aim to launch Season 20, with a world premier in a new location, we’ll unveil fresh outreach efforts, and more ways to get to know the company!
Phase 4 – Achievement Unlocked
January-June 2018 – Coming up!
Programming expansion in 2017-2018 – We’re playing THESE cards pretty close to our vest, but stay tuned!

$1-10 / month: Website WooHoo.
We’ll post a personalized thank you on the donor page of the BWBTC website.
$11-20 / month: Social Media Shout Out.
We’ll post a personalized thank you on FB, Twitter, Instagram, and the BWBTC website.
$21-49 / month: Fulsome Filming.
All of the above, PLUS 2 season subscriptions to the upcoming season, and we’ll film a personalized thank you, and post it on FB, Twitter, Instagram, and the BWBTC website.
$50-99 / month: Poetic Praise.
All of the above, PLUS an invitation to sponsors-only invited dress rehearsals, and instead of a regular “thank you” we’ll film a personalized thank you LIMERICK, and post it on FB, Twitter, Instagram, and the BWBTC website.
$100+ / month: Carnage of Commendation.
All of the above, PLUS special sponsor events with cast and crew of current productions (as possible), and, instead of a regular “thank you” or a limerick, we’ll film a personalized thank you SLAYING, and post it on FB, Twitter, Instagram and the BWBTC website.
*Rewards for subscription-level donations will be effected as soon as practicable after 6 months of subscription. Videos may take a little extra time, due to production requirements, but bear with us – they’re going to be fun!
